  • We always start with a relaxed conversation.

    This part of the session helps us clearly define your intention and ensures that the process is tailored specifically to your needs.

  • If it’s your first visit, we include a brief and simple test of suggestibility and hypnotic responsiveness. This allows me to understand how your mind naturally responds and ensures that hypnotherapy is the right approach for you.

    This is also the time to answer any questions and explain how hypnosis works—what it is and what it isn’t—so you feel comfortable and confident moving forward.
